As promised, I wanted to follow up with you after my appointment with Cecilia yesterday. As you know, I was extremely hesitant about the door on the china cabinet and the chip on the table. To be completely honest, I was even more nervous that you had to find a technician, randomly, that you had never used before.

It’s not fair to refer to Cecilia as a technician … she is an artist. Her work is phenomenal and I honestly can’t even find the spots she fixed because they blend so amazingly. While watching her work (and trying not to hover), I was so impressed on how meticulous her entire process was. I truthfully sat there dumbfounded and I wish I was still in Boston so you could drive over and see it for yourself.

My sister and the property manager for my builder stopped over last night to see her work and were equally as amazed. They both took her business card and intend on using her in the near future. I also intend to hire her in the future as well to work on another piece of furniture.

I am extremely satisfied and feel like you sent me the top person in her field. In discussion, she actually travels for her business. I would recommend you use Cecilia in other locations if you see fit.

Lastly, I wanted to mention she is such a lovely woman and I really enjoyed talking with her and having her in my home. I’ve had many people do work here since I closed on my new home and she is, by far, the most pleasant, personable and professional.

We had just moved to this area from Boston and the movers damaged MANY pieces of furniture during the move. Thank you for repairing our pine table and restoring it to its original beauty. Our knotty pine table top (not veneer) was damaged – plus a couple of surface dents as well – due to an errant piece of lumber that fell on the top of the table. You built up the damaged areas and blended the coloring so that the table looks like there was never any damage. This is the second time we have had to call you for your help. The first time was in 2008 when our Maine Cottage cocktail table was damaged and you did a great job then as well.

We purchased our sculpture from a gallery in 2005. It is a limited edition signed and numbered ceramic piece created by artists Carlos & Albert. One day someone knocked it over, and it landed on its ears which were broken off and shattered into pieces.
